Details: Since 1993, Café Services has been providing corporate dining services for numerous corporations throughout the Northeast, west to Michigan and south to North Carolina. Unfortunately, because of a cumbersome review process, their online reputation did not accurately reflect the truly excellent corporate dining company they had become.

The idea was to solicit reviews from happy patrons. Requesting reviews was the easy part. But because of their many cafeteria locations, getting patrons connected to the correct Café Services’ Google My Business profile was a constant challenge.

To make it easier for a customer to leave a review, we created Google Review business cards with QR codes. When scanned, the QR code would take the customer to a page on Café Services’ website (see above) where they could easily select the location of the cafeteria they wanted to review.

Within a month, Café Services’ online reputation improved dramatically. Their reviews are so good, they are now able to showcase them front and center across the home page of their website – Corporatediningservices.com.
